Holy crap....
what am I doing blogging on a Friday?

I really couldn't wait till Monday to post this music.....
you get it
I can't give this one the introduction it deserves.
So your just going to have to make one up yourself.
It put a smile on my face, I hope one ends up on yours as well.

Fresh Music Monday

It's a rainy Monday morning.
If the weather doesn't clear up...
it may cancel my first bike outing of the year.

I have been waiting to get back on the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail.
A while back I hit the trail with a friend of mine and we both thought it would be a great idea to train all year and do the entire trail.
This plan was cut short by the black hole of joy that was my wife.
Somehow the thought of biking just doesn't seem to matter
when the world you know is falling apart.
But no more of that....
I am setting a new goal for this October.

One trail.
(or parts of)

Two days.

Today music is a cover.

Mobius - Digital Love (by Daft Punk)

Fresh Music Monday

First off ...
The Ben Folds concert was nothing short of amazing.

Then on Saturday I went to see The Roots.
Fantastic music from a fantastic band...
They brought some flavor to the Tri-C Jazz Fest.

Album - How I Got Over

After the show I went to this place called The Happy Dog.

Friday was playing at The Capitol.......
I have to give Cleveland Cinemas credit for putting together a nice cult film series.

I leave you with some cool music to listen too.

“To be angry about trifles is mean and childish; to rage and be furious is brutish; and to maintain perpetual wrath is akin to the practice and temper of devils; but to prevent and suppress rising resentment is wise and glorious, is manly and divine.”

Fresh Music Monday

Hi there everyone!
I am back from another jam packed weekend of fun.
(I have never had this much fun before. I should have got a divorce years ago.)
I went to the Cleveland Museum of Art for Raiders of the Lost Ark. It was part of there Opening Festivities for the Gartner Auditorium. They have been updating it and haven't shown a movie there for 4 and a half years. Then an open house for a really cool apartment
(X~thinking about maybe buying one~X)...

a wonderful trek around the beautiful Lakeview Cemetery...

Dinner at Silver Spartan Diner...

Lopez on Lee for some drinks...

then CLUE with a live cast at the Cedar Lee Theater...

and finally more fun at Panini's in Coventry.
Fun times; no party poopers there.

I am gearing up for the Ben Fold's Concert this week. If you are in Cleveland and free you should check it out.
His music is fun to listen too...
and with that I'll leave you with some of the music I hope to hear.

Ben Folds (feat. Regina Spektor) - You Don't Know Me

Fresh Music Monday

This is some music by Brandon Wright. He is a great musician I stumbled upon. Danielle Anderson helps him out on the second song I posted; which is an original of his.
