I can't give this one the introduction it deserves.
So your just going to have to make one up yourself.
It put a smile on my face, I hope one ends up on yours as well.

Fresh Music Monday

It's a rainy Monday morning.
If the weather doesn't clear up...
it may cancel my first bike outing of the year.

I have been waiting to get back on the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail.
A while back I hit the trail with a friend of mine and we both thought it would be a great idea to train all year and do the entire trail.
This plan was cut short by the black hole of joy that was my wife.
Somehow the thought of biking just doesn't seem to matter
when the world you know is falling apart.
But no more of that....
I am setting a new goal for this October.

One trail.
(or parts of)

Two days.
(maybe)

Today music is a cover.
Enjoy!

Fresh Music Monday

First off ...

The Ben Folds concert was nothing short of amazing.

Then on Saturday I went to see The Roots.
Fantastic music from a fantastic band...
They brought some flavor to the Tri-C Jazz Fest.

The Roots - How I Got Over
Album - How I Got Over

After the show I went to this place called The Happy Dog.
mmmmmm....

Friday was playing at The Capitol.......
I have to give Cleveland Cinemas credit for putting together a nice cult film series.

I leave you with some cool music to listen too.
Kaki King
If you don't know about her......you need to.

Kaki King - Gay Sons of Lesbian Mothers
Album - Until We Felt Red
